Carbon Nanotube Masterbatches CNT-PC-10
Our carbon nanotube masterbatches CNT-PC-10 use our industrial grade multi walled carbon nanotubes and polycarbonate (PC). This product has a 10% CNTs loading ratio. The masterbatch can be diluted with any PC, like high viscosity PC, low viscosity PC, high impact PC, low impact PC. ABS will also work because PC and ABS are highly compatible. We suggest using a twin-screw extruder to dilute the masterbatches and to introduce the CNT-PC-20 downstream with a side feeder and then run the material through it several times for consistency.

CNT-PC-10 was dispersed into PC using twin-screw extruder, then the specimens were made by compression molding. Volume and surface resistivity were measured by high insulation resistance instrument ZC-90D(IEC 60093-1980, the test voltage is 100V).

CNT-PC-10 is dispersed into PC with a twin-screw extruder, samples were made by injection molding. The standard of mechanical property of specimens was ISO 527, ISO 180 and ISO 178.
